Before you buy: equipment and site due-diligence checklist
Use this checklist when comparing written proposals. These are questions to resolve, not specifications or performance promises for any particular LazrTek system.
- Vehicle and site fit: confirm vehicle envelope, bay dimensions, turning paths, stacking space, and installation drawings.
- Utilities and permits: obtain water-flow and pressure requirements, electrical loads, sewer/discharge approval, reclaim compatibility, and site-specific freeze-protection needs.
- Operating assumptions: ask how cycle time, throughput, staffing, and water and chemical consumption were measured for the proposed configuration.
- Scope and price: separate equipment, site work, installation, freight, commissioning, training, consumables, taxes, and working capital in the written quotation.
- Service and warranty: request current warranty terms, exclusions, maintenance obligations, parts availability, service coverage, and any response-time conditions in writing.
- Evidence: request current specification sheets, safety documentation, relevant operating footage, and permission-cleared installation references.
- Decision gate: resolve unknowns with the supplier, engineer, permitting authority, and lender before signing or ordering.
